Relationships are one of the most challenging aspects of human existence

While divorce rates are down, roughly 85 percent of all relationships fail. The heartbreak and sometimes trauma can be overwhelming. A person can easily be consumed by the anger, hurt, fear and sadness of a failed relationship.

If these emotions are allowed to continue, they can develop into depression, post-traumatic stress and anxiety. Sometimes brokenhearted people try to bury their pain with food, alcohol, cigarettes, shopping, drugs, cutting, gambling, risky sexual behavior and other unhealthy activities.

Sometimes, individuals seek hypnosis help to forget the love and the pain that they feel. They want all memory of the person, the relationship, the love and the pain removed.

Hypnotherapy can be a valuable tool for identifying and changing the thoughts, beliefs, emotions and behaviors that lead to failed relationships or have resulted from failed relationships.
